There is a lesson to be learnt there, if you ever end up in court and you feel as though you are heading towards a fine never thell the absolute truth ( so my mate tells me :whistling: )when filling out the form they hand to you before you enter court .
this form that asks you how much you earn and what bills you pay out each month does determine how much they will fine you (in my mates experience), if you was to tell them you earnt say 10k per year and had a mortgage or had to stump up alot of money on credit card etc , it would of helped your cause .
400 snoots is a tad harsh fella so you must be doing alright for yourself financial anyway , for them to do that to you ;)
