thanks for all the kind words Guys,

I believe Biggest Looser Uk is on our screens from October 11th. I have tried to plug the boys as much as I could, and being in the blue team helped!!!

I have had an amzing oppotunity, and won't let anyone down, I am so determind to sort myself out, that I look forward to the battle ahead, Id love to get down to around 17-18 stone, so Im around half way really . The final is at the end of November early December, so I have plenty of time to get to my achievement.
