Won promotion with Port Vale in the play-offs, getting an assist for their third, up against Macclesfield with Stephen McLaughlin, Nathan Bishop and John-Joe O’Toole.
 
Port Vale were miles better than Mansfield, if that's how they usually play they'll be alright next season.

Worrall as usual was excellent, McLaughlin did all he could in the circumstances but Bishop didn’t cover himself in glory.
 
Joined Barrow after being released by Port Vale.

A 10 minute stoppage and stretchered off.
David Worrall was the bravest player we have had play for us in the last 10 years. Let’s hope he is OK.
