"Please note that the Hi-Tec South Stand and Andrews Taxis North Bank are not open to home supporters for this fixture."

Interesting......

Surely we should have the south open ?

Its not the JPT so we should get 4000+ and closing stands will actually put people off of going.

Disgrace that Season ticket holders in the North and South don't have the same benefits the Season Ticket holders in the East and West do! Why do they get preferential treatment, do they pay more?

Can I just ask what are the prices are for some reason I can't load the OS at work?

Fair enough lets close the East and West stands then and open North & South:dim:

I dont think they should close any stands to be honest as with those prices surely we will get as many as the Burton league game ?

Interesting, but in a way, may make some sense.

Just a few questions...

What is the capacity of the East and West alone
What is the average home attendance so far this season
What is the average attendance of 1st round FA cup games at Roots Hall over the past 10 seasons
What is the average attendance when we have reduced tickets to £5 for NON league games
What is the additional policing/stewarding and stadium costs of opening the South and North stands

If the average of all the others is less than the capcity of the west and east combined, surely this is the best way of maximising profit from an extra fixture whilst keeping the cost lower. Afterall, we need as much money as we can get, and if the club don't see us having a crowd of over 7k, surely they have made the right decision?

You need vocal support from the north!

How much could it really cost to open the South Stand. there is no segregation issues so no security needed.

Having empty stands actually puts me off going as it kills the atmosphere, Im sure it will affect the attendance in doing so.
I can however understand making the North bank away only as it does require policing etc

Notwithstanding the issue of which stands will be open or shut, I have to commend the club with it's cup pricing policy this year........especially for seasos. Too many deals on games in the past which did no favours for seasos and made you think twice about the benefit of getting one. And kids in for £1 & £2. Excellent stuff.

Also North Season Tickets are unofficially sit where u like! The South isnt!

Either open the North or South at least!

or bring the east paddock back!

Good pricing there, happy with that! To be fair to the club they have done very well all season offering season ticket holders cheaper tickets for cup games etc.

agree the North Bank should be opened at least

Win 1 or 2 FA Cup games makes and will help our club financially massively

Close the South I say MUST open the North Bank to us ..

Without the South open we still hold around 8000
