Fulham sack Coleman

Very, very odd indeed. I think Coleman has generally done a very good job at Craven Cottage, and to be jettisoned like that is (for me) a real slap in the face from the Fulham board.

Still, Coleman won't be out of work long, I'll warrant. He'll surely be on the shortlist of the next half decent club in search of a good young manager?

Poor bloke. What with his wife bugging his car, because she thought he was being unfaithful (he wasn't!), he's had a sh*te couple of months, really.

:(

Would love to see Fulham go down, although I am concentrating on good karma this week, so good luck Lawrie Sanchez and comiserations to Coleman - hope you get another job soon!

My friends a Fulham fan and says he has always been held in high regard by all their fans. 10 years he has been at the club playong/managing. He made it sound like Coleman was a bit of a club legend.
Always strikes me as a likeable bloke and hope he has every success in the future.
Anyway IMO Sanchez won't make much of an impact, much the same as Blackwell at Luton so far.

I've always like Coleman as a player and now a manager. Seemed to have done a decent job with Fulham, finishing 9th in the Premiership no to long ago.

Granteed they are on a bit of a wooble at the minute, but I'm pretty sure he would have turned it round. At the turn of the year there were talking about Fulham sneaking a UEFA Cup spot.
