Germany in recession.

I am curious about what exactly our German friends can do to save money seeing as the entire nation already shops at Aldi or Lidl.

Are there and Shrimpers residing in the Fatherland who can answer this for me?

They'll have to cut back on their summer hols where they try to beat us to the sunbeds!

Probably a good article but couldn't read anything after seeing the quote from a Sebastian ****e!

Would it not be better for Germany just to slip off away somewhere.

The last time they did that it was Czechoslovakia, Poland, Norway, Denmark, France, Holland, Luxemburg, Belgium, France, Greece, Yugoslavia, The Soviet Union, Hungary & a good chunk of North Africa.

On reflection it may be best they stay where they are.

As long as they don't slip into hyperinflation and shut down the Ruhr, they'll be ok. Gotta watch out for them, last time they had an economic crisis, look what political party took advantage of it :O
