I'd rather die than eat a..............

chocolate money... people say im wierd for this one... but the thought of eating money... *BLEUGH!*

I have to say I like any type of offal.

Liver, Kidney, Heart, Brain, Sweetbreads.........

I find it off that a lot of people are disgusted by the thought of eating a piece of offal but will cheerfully eat a hot dog, scotch egg, chicken dipper or any of the mystery meats found on top of cheap pizzas.

Interesting fact: One of the chaps I work with has a friend who has a friend with an M.Sc. in Meat Sciences.

Anyone know what that particular condiment is called?

Hearts.

My mum used to cook them when we were kids, not chopped up, no filling.

Just a big cooked heart plonked on your plate with all the veins poking out. Lovely.

My mum, bless her, had a penchant for making us kids eat the bits of an animal that you wouldn't normally find on a dining table ie Ox tongues and pigs heart and trotters, so for me it has to be the last two there. Why anyone in their right mind would think it's acceptable to eat a boiled pigs heart is totally beyond me as it/they are without doubt the most disgusting food stuff you could ever put in your mouth.
