Layer Road

Interesting photos C & P, it's useful to go back once in a while just to remind yourself of how far you've come.Did you buy anything in the Layer Road Auction ?I wanted to get one of the turnstiles, but you would have needed a Pickfords van to move it. I ended up buying the one original turnstile plate instead.
 
No mate I was away when the auction took place, however I have loads of bits and pieces to remind me of the old place, season tickets from the late sixties onwards, programmes from the late fifties onwards, photographs, autographs etc etc.

I even have a home programme V Scunthorpe with Kevin Keegans autograph, I remember us thinking that young lad in middle looks handy, what's his name, Kevin Keegan, never heard of him!

There's a Blues programme from a similar era with a chap called Kevin Geegan in the Scunthorpe side!
