I think what we all have to understand is, that the deal on the table now is a very different one from previously from price, what's being bought and where as well as may other details.
If they don't want the deal now its entirely down to the rat, and his ridiculous/dangerous games that he seems to take great pleasure in at the expense of others.
I am preparing myself for another property developer and if that is the case they need to get kept on a very tight leash from the local council, the trust and us fans because we cannot afford another rat mark 2.
