For the fans:

If ordering a ticket from the online website and you want it sent, select "collect". This will save you the delivery charge but they will send them anyway.

For the club:

If people order tickets for collection, do not waste postage by sending them. If you really must, then when people order two tickets at the same time and pay for them at the same time, do not send them in two separate envelopes at the same time.

Three times this season that has happened to me, most recently when two tickets arrived in the post (in two separate envelopes) the day after I'd collected them. So I have two tickets for today's game for the same seat. Which one will work? The sent one? The collected one? Neither? (logic suggests the one I collected).

Still much work to be done with the ticket office, Danny !
