He is a local man and is out of work so probably like most football people would go to a game on a Saturday afternoon. Roots Hall is on his doorstep, most managers attend matches when not in a job, useful for making notes on players for future possible transfer deals if employed by another club.

Not surprising as he is a proper footy bod. Played against him in a pre season friendly against another rayleigh team that his son played for no more than two seasons ago.

I am sure he will be about more as the season goes on.
 
Think Millwall are going for the cheap option on this one, it’s gonna be a struggle to stay up whoever gets the job.
