I can't believe some people are questioning whether Tilson is the man for the job.

This man took us from the verge of conference football to the Championship which was well out of our depth for that moment in time. People have quickly forgotten the times when we were a poor League 2 side....or maybe they just didnt support us then as our average attendance has more than doubled!!!

We are currently on a bad run but still mid-table. Wasnt we in a similar postion last season and finished in the playoffs. Now im not expecting a fantastic run like last season and to do it again but things will change, new players will come in Jan and we will be fine. If we got relegated and only then would people have the right to question the managers position.
