Surprised that Simon Francis would be top for right back.

Interestingly, how far behind BBBC and Fred is the 3rd placed striker?

I wouldn't have said that many right-backs make sub appearances, but surprisingly Francis has made the 9th most sub appearances (32).

Mark Beard made 25. After that Hunt (although he's listed as a centre-back) 23, McSweeney (another Def RC) 20

4th behind Eastwood, Corr and Tes is Andy Thomson.

And no Super Sub, Tommy Mooney....

Wow. James Lawson made more sub appearances than Tommy Mooney made appearances for Southend:'(

Mooney only played 21 times for us, 9 of those coming from the bench. He scored 5 goals.

Can't believe we were playing the likes of Jason Lee and Gary Jones ahead of him.

Moooooooney! Mooooooooney!

How many for Bentley?
That is a surprise, A Keeper doesn't usually get on unless injury, good at penalties in extra time,or Prudhoe is in goal!
:winking:

Three for Bentley.

Made his debut as sub in that Torquay game when we were 4-0 up and the keeper got injured, I think came on when that thug at Gillingham gave Smith concussion and then most famously for the penalty shootout at Oxford.

Thanks, thought it would have been Royce, guess he was next?
