Samsung S22 Notifications only coming through on Wifi

I've had my phone almost a year and it really annoys me that my when i connect to my home wifi when coming home all my notifications come through. When i'm out and about i get nothing unless i go into the app and manually refresh.

I've been through all the settings and i've not turned anything off that i'm aware of. Does anyone else have this phone and have the same issue.

Do you have data saver mode on?

Open your phone Settings - go to Connections - go to Data Usage and then see if Data saver is on or off.

If it's on then it'll be doing what it can to save your mobile data when you're off WiFi, and part of that saving will come from disabling push notifications.

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

Found that option but it wasn't on. I have always had power saving mode on. I've turned that off and found that made no difference.

Adjusted some settings back to default on the wifi and data (Settings => General Management => Reset) and since then (touch wood) i've had stuff coming through. Currently using my phone with no wifi and notifications are coming through. I'll have to see how long it lasts
