CHRISTMAS CUP PRELIMINERY ROUND REVIEW

Only for fun no offence meant for anyone (apart for Ldnfatso on Saturday!) herewith my review of tomorrows big three Cup ties.

Vange Shrimper vs davidovolic (League Scores 3-5)

Vange Shrimper Mrs Rock God from Southchurch Village but only three points on Saturday but will need to improve for Cup glory.

Davidovolic, scored five points Saturday with clever use of the wildcard and a correct score is going to be stiff opposition.

DoDtS prediction: close one but Davidovlic to edge it.

BrettieAngell vs Flinty (League scores 5-1)

BrettieAngell, like davidovolic the highest scorer from Saturday with five in this preliminary round could be hard to beat.

Flinty’s tactics Saturday was to let everyone else predict, feed on them for the winning scores, but it failed miserably just 1 point, if Brettie’s on form you could find out how Norwich feel!

DoDtS prediction: Brettie unless you do something silly, Flinty sorry!

Napster vs Pennyfather (League scores 3-3)

We all know Napster has a lot to say but can he predict, time to put your keyboard where your mouth is my old son? Only three points on Saturday though.

Pennyfather a bit of unknown quantity also scored three points Saturday, but sounds like just the Zoner to kick naps into touch, probably after a bore draw.

DoDtS prediction: pennyfather after a draw unless Napster deliberately under acheived Saturday to put us off the scent.

Takings tonights prelims as an example, i will score the matches as per the regular season, and then match the 2 scores .. ie

Vange Shrimper vs davidovolic

If Hils gets 6 points tonight, and her oppo only 5 she will go through to Saturdays 1st round proper against SUFC Al

If they score equal points the winner will be decided by most exact guesses, if still equal they will replay on Saturday and SUFC Als entry to the competiton will be delayed a while

Saturday 15th August: First Round (Walsall vs SUFC)
Saturday 19th September: Second Round (BHA vs SUFC)
