Southend ...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
about 1000 fans there,on reflection a point gained.Edged the first half and Nugent should have scored from one of his 3 chances.Eastwood hit the bar.Second half a bit frantic and we rode our luck.McKenna should have done better with his chance and Sedgie was unlucky at the death.Couldnt believe the Southend fans never got behind their team at all. They were definately playing like a team that had just beat Utd,and didnt do us any favours at all. They looked like a decent outfit at times.

And Match Report from RIVALS:

Preston: ....a point gained rather than two lost

EDIT: Would help if I could post in the right forum.

Any chance of a kindly mod moving this?

Encouraging reports on us..

Play like that on Saturday, we should turn Plymuff over.

We certainly bloody need too.

I thought the crowd were OK Saturday. Just another example of how crap the acoustics are at RH.

Have to disagree...I thought we were superb at times. The one problem you have at the Hall is that, unlike at away games, singing supporters are sporadically spread accross all three home stands. Once everyone decides to join in, said singers have stopped, and it all sounds rather disjointed!
