What's your opinion on Courtney Senior? It's always a name I seem to hear snippets of commentary when BBC Essex switch between games and took him to be a lively player. So I'm surprised his been released along with some others to be fair.

Courtney was at Brentford as a youngster and we picked him up after they disbanded their academy. Still only 23 he has played nearly 150 1st team games for us. Lightening quick and with a high skill level but has lost his way a little in the last 12 months. If he can rediscover his spark he will be a great signing for someone, a season or two ago lots of clubs from the Championship were watching him.
