I would find it hard to believe that anyone could say we didn't play well today! Great team performance. Well worthy of the win
Not disagreeing but I think we didn't really get going until Oxley saved the pen. Had that gone in it would have been an entirely different game but that seemed to give us a bit of belief and confidence and with that we stepped it up. Spells in the second half were as good as Blackburn and as good as we've played all season.

It was solid and very hardworking and a deserved win but wasn't great. We only had two shots on target and they had two bad misses in the last 20 minutes.

The thread poses the question whether we played well, not great. Don't you think we played well then?
 
That's a good point 'Westy' in which case I'd say the vast majority of the games we have won in the last 12 months would qualify, as well as a few of the draws and the odd defeat.

No better than last week really - we got the breaks this week and it was our turn to win. Nowhere near as good as the first half against Blackburn which we thoroughly dominated.
