Phil Brown has been telling Sky Sports Radio that he hopes our transfer embargo will be lifted today and that another player is set to join us and is currently undergoing a medical!
 
What fantastic news. PB mentioning "one or two" new signings by the end of Jan, and then looking to the loan market too = very promising signs.
 
Could also be ex-Col Ewe striker Clive Platt...he has been linked to Bury though..

I also love how we are all assuming this mystery player is a stiker:link:
 
Great news. What a class act Phil Brown is. Let's hope he can get the players in to get us up automatically.
 
Big news, hopefully keep it open for the rest of the week to sign some players. Would love to see someone with a bit of experience at getting promoted at this level come in.
 
I remember seeing Jake Hyde every day at training whilst we were building the new stand at Barnet. Always seemed to me to be a bit full of himself, but then I suppose he is young, and he is a footballer.

23 from 55 for Barnet in the relegation season, but he has a poor scoring record elsewhere....albeit he has never really had a long enough spell anywhere else to judge fairly.
