1 already was bricked up, presumably this is one of the other ones then? I just thought someone in the area, or passing, might be able to clarify.

This One is already a done deal. It's mainly Pizza Man that hardly gets a customer, apart from a Southend home match, who is trying to get the maximum for a p poor business.

Surely all Southend fans should be boycotting the place then? I don't particularly like pizzas so you won't see me in there. No customers equals no income equals disposal of premises. Simples.

He's lucky to get anything. That's always been a bad spot, because cars can't pull up right outside. It was a cafe in the Seventies. It has been every type of takeaway since. A while back they were doing a whole Pizza for £2 to get customers. Every time I drive past there is rarely a customer, apart from match days. I suspect it would have changed hands again long ago, if they wasn't holding out for this massive windfall.

So the pizza man who simply wants to make as much money as he can is being called out here, basically to assist someone else who wants to make as much money as he can and a large supermarket chain who similarly want to make as much money as they can.
