This thread will consist of the weekly fixtures, results (concerning our teams) and the weekly table. So after the games have been played, check this thread!

The table will JUST be based on points, games won, drawn and lost. Goal difference will not come into play.

I just feel that whilst that is how normal leagues work, this is just a bit of fun and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

I'm a bit confused, how do you decide which league results count & which ones do not count? Wont you end up with teams playing different amounts of games come the end of the season.

Nope. Its only fair if we use results from weeks where everyone is playing. That way, everyone will play the same amount of games

so basically you are saying only league matches over a weekend count and if one of the selected teams does not play then no results for that weekend count? So there will be loads of weekends when this happens for example International breaks, FA cup weekends and when a game is postponed or when teams play on Mondays.

No, that's not what i'm saying. Its a harmless bit of fun, not to be taken too seriously. Obviously, when a team plays on a Monday, that result will still count as the other teams will have played on the saturday/sunday. This is how i'm running it.
