Thomas "Biff Dyer", was dressed as a knight and performed a noble act, putting himself forward for the boardroom instead of Pamela.

He's lost 7 out of 8 weeks but as usual, "Cheeky Cockney Chappie" seems to go a long way with Shugs.

I think he recognises that someone like that is good entertainment, he'll never win it.

Week one when I tuned in I didn't think I had much of a chance with Carina, but it is relative and she has been up against some very poor opposition. Amazed Lottie is still there to be honest!

Entertainment is definitely a consideration and conflict is always seen as entertainment by producers, that is the only reason I can see for her still being there.
