Personally I’d rather have Bridge on the pitch than Powell. I see Powell as an impact player when players are getting tired.
That would have been harsh. He played well at Solihull

it is the fact it was probably obvious which way it was going much like the home save from a penalty, if the keeper goes the wrong way the pace and height do not matter. Powell does not have the ability to fool the keeper, so keeper always has a good chance to saveAccording to Glen Pennyfather it had no pace and was a good height for the keeper.
Probably thought this was his opportunity to get the goal and boost his confidence. A lot of goal scorers do it when they haven’t scored for a while. Normally it’s an easy win.I hate to say it but as soon as Powell was given the responsibility for the penalty, I feared the worse. After all, he's not proved the most confident player in front of goal.
That seems to be his problem, any site of goal and his head goes awolI hate to say it but as soon as Powell was given the responsibility for the penalty, I feared the worse. After all, he's not proved the most confident player in front of goal.
Including this and the previous two seasons it looks to me like 9 scored 9 missed.Somebody with a better stats awareness, might say how many we've missed in the two seasons before this?
Its very end to end to be honest. It's all Halifax now
I want to see penalty training videos.Fully expect a full week of instagram videos from Powell following this.
Thanks, but 50%? Blimey!!!Including this and the previous two seasons it looks to me like 9 scored 9 missed.
I'd expect Murphy to be taking them if fit
