Echo News Teddy Taylor's son George in talks with group buying Southend United

Who sees profit?

And as an aside, what are people expecting from this ownership if it happen - to run the club within its means, or to pump money in?

just had a quick Google about Georgey boy - Hong Kong based ( knows Jason Brown?), non-exec director since Aug 22, owns 10% shareholding.
Obvs his old man was a Southend legend in the political world

Hope I'm not getting too ahead of myself. Vowed not to post again until the deal is signed sealed and delivered but the word probity keeps flashing across my mind. Not had that for a few years. Hope I'm right.
