Wembley tickets

I'm not sure if I am classed as a 'daytripper' or Tourist? I have been a supporter since my Dad first took me when I was 5 in 1968. Never a ST holder, but I have supported the team Home and away since then. I now live overseas and because of lack of transport options I have already shelled out close to €1000 in flights, trains and accommodation on the basis its Wembley and it will not sell out. Therefore i have a little bit more than a parking space at stake!

Puts tin hat firmly on

Is the London Stadium available?

Got good transport links and holds enough for our needs

Just saying......

Personally I hope as many so called 'daytrippers' or 'glory hunters' as possible come along. Those 'daytrippers' etc might end up loving the experience and start coming along to a few games, they might bring their kids along who say to Mum and Dad.."can we go to the Southend match today?" and end up being future blues supporters in the years / decades to come.

Considering we had almost 10k of our own fans at the last home game against Wealdstone it'll be extremely shortsighted to limit ticket allocations to a paltry 17.5k.

It's safe to assume the underground shutdown has been planned months in advance, so the problem has to be complacency by National League and Wembley and not planning for the worst case scenario of an Oldham/SUFC final. If that's the case I'm glad SUFC and Oldham are standing up the fans and not accepting the NL and Wembley incompetence and the scraps they wanting to throw to fans of the two clubs.

“Right. Straight up facts from the club, they’ve just emailed after I asked what the delay was.

DAZN and the national league are furious that the semi was ruined by the pitch invasion and Gus was almost seriously injured, thus damaging their product and the perception of the league.

For this reason, the NL asked Wembley to reduce our allocation to 17.5k, but the club have said that’s outrageous and unfair, pointing out Oldham fans were on the pitch at York too. So the NL said fine, we’ll apply the same to Oldham.

Now the club are panicking as they know we could potentially sell twice that number and have agreed with the league and the FA they will identify everyone on the pitch and ban them from the final.

Only once they’ve given over all the names and proved the fans on the pitch will not get a ticket, will the NL and Wembley and DAZN agree a higher allocation.

The police are helping pore over the footage and it’s understandably taking time.

Frustrating for everyone, but it’s been ruined by those who couldn’t contain their excitement and heed the warnings clearly issued during the game.”

This can’t be true surely

The 17.5k initial might be accurate but the stuff about banning fans and pitch invasions ****ing off DAZN sounds like absolute cobblers.
