For my friendly last night the opposition only fielded 5 players and i was given a 5-0 walkover, do my players still recieve training?

Lets hope so

I have never had that happen but the rules state

Your team is not affected in any negative way if your opponent does not field a team. If you yourself do not field at least 9 starters none of the players you had put down for the game in question will receive training.

Yes you get training I have had it in a league game (I was gutted as I was hoping my forwards would get hattricks and they got **** all!)
