Mad Dog Shrimper
Wrong Martin
The wee Scotsman Alex Burns.
David Keefe who was predominately a winger made 4 + 2 substitute appearances for the first team back in the middle seventies scoring just once in a 2-2 draw at Grimsby Town in March 1976. After leaving us he joined Torquay United where he made just 2 further appearances in their first team.Yes-right winger-definitely not very tall-wouldn’t have played more than 1 or 2 first team games,if at all.
Johnny Nelson was pretty small
Dave Cunningham wasn't called "Wee Davey Cunningham" for no reason - he was quite short.
From the 60s: Bobby Kellard, John Baber, Peter Corthine and Mickey Wright were quite short in stature as I recall.[/QUOTE
Mickey never played in the first team, but little Billy Wall often did.
