Allsports go into Administration

Just thought I'd mention that Allsports have gone into administration. This is sort of linked to football since they are Charlton's main sponsor, and we have two stores in or high street which are bound to close. Charlton were doing so well and now it looks like they're going to be hit hard financially, unless they can find a new sponsor soon.

It would seem that they haven't been paying Charlton either so it probably won't make much difference to them.

Allsports have always got on my nerves. Whenever I have gone to buy something in there, they always have every size but mine.

Grrr. Good riddance!!!

Charlton had already agreed with Allsports at the start of the season that this would be the last year with them and are already on the lookout for a new sponsor for the 2006-07 season. I remember reading this in Marketing Week a number of months back.
