I spoke to a couple of the consortium yesterday & they were both massively appreciative at the interest shown but quite trepidatious of talking to such a large crowd in a big auditorium. They both have spoken in business forums to crowds in the 100's but they look on this as a real challenge.
From what I understood the Q&A element will be through Victoria Polley from BBC Essex but I am not one of those pesky ITKs that pollute most sensible discussion

, just what I gleaned from listening. It's patently obvious that one to one live questioning in that environment isn't logistically possible & anyway the one about the requisite number of onions on a burger could take up the whole night.
I wonder, just myself, if there might be some time set aside for the Trust or the like representatives to ask pre-arranged questions. One of the guys said he'd like there to be some live element, like say through the BBC whatsapp, that people could send to Victoria on the night but that was only his thought & nothing that's planned as far as he knew.
Anyway they are well up for it & again I'd encourage anyone to talk to them as they really do want fan engagement & input. They know what they want to achieve however it'll take time but they both say, as does JR, that when they eventually pass their investment on they want the club in a much, much better place.
