For what it's worth The Cliffs aka Trafalgar Ticketing always charge those add-ons for any of the shows there. They are not alone in that, all theatres do. Even the Odeon Cinema charges a handling fee, it's a sad fact of life these days.

Not sure if the front 6 or 7 rows were on sale. I got mine almost straight away and none were available in those rows. Maybe they’ve been reserved for staff/family etc

Sponsors have also been invited as guests of the club so would assume the front few rows will be reserved for them…

yes, I had this first of all.

it was because I zoomed into the screen using the pinch method. It did not like this.
i then went back out of it and used their zoom in arrows, to pick my seats, and then the NEXT page button was down on the bottom right of the screen.
