As of this afternoon Jacques Martin head coach of the Ottawa Senators has been fired. After suffering another first round playoff loss to the mighty Maple leafs of Toronto. With this news, i was wondering how long it will be before this french speaking ice hockey coach will have his name put forward for the (vacant???) job at the mecca of soccer?

This is a major blow to the Senators, who I bet are still licking there wounds after there defeat to the Boston Blue Jays last week, I hear Ronnie Russell has been made clear favourite for the position according to my contacts at the London Stock Exchange
