Where was anthony grant today. It didn't say that he was injured on the OS. And he wasn't even on the bench despite being our best player IMO. Has he been sold ?

the win today is nice but would have swapped it for Granty staying till end of season

he has been immense this season


that said, if he said what he was reported to at Great Wakering, then good riddance
seems strange as to why he stayed in the summer when everyone else upped sticks

According to the official twitter feed he's sprained his ankle and will be having a scan on Monday. I asked which club he was having the scan at and didn't get a reply!

Perhaps to raise his stock?

If he'd left in the summer after a few years as a decent player in a poorly performing team he probably would have ended up at some mid League One. As it is he has had 4 months to stand out/perform at a lesser level and as such as secured a move to a Championship club on what I would imagine are 4/5 times what he is earning here.

Apparently he is injured for 4 weeks, which is the same length as the transfer window. Wrapped in cotton wool somewhere?
