I am self employment and typically, have left my tax return till the last minute. Does anyone here know of a good accountant who can complete tax returns? If so, could you PM me with their details?

Cheers!

last minute? you've got ages yet. the returns don't need to be in until 31st Jan. (unless you are still doing last year's

But don't I have to get them in by the end of September (or have I got until January using an Accountant)?

Excuse the stupidity - this is my first year working self employed and the financial side of things isn't my strong point!!!

If you want the revenue to calculate your tax for you or you want any underpayment coded into your paye code(which wouldn't apply to you) then the deadline is 30th september.

If you can calculate it yourself (or your accountant can) then it is 31st of January.

If your return is fairly easy the online filing is reasonably good and easy to use www.hmce.gov.uk then look for online filing.
