Arctic Monkeys been on Radio 1 all day as part of their gig being broadcasted tonight. They did a cover of Amy Winehouse's 'you know im no good' this morning, sounds pretty cool, love these guys!

1, Yes, it's perfectly normal, but the swelling will ease if you apply cream

2, No, I haven't personally done that, but don't let that stop you. Be the master of your own destiny and do remember that gerbils still have to be able to breathe.
