Once my bowling star Keehan pops once more at bowling ( i think he's only a couple of weeks off) would u suggest i put Frey on a fielding net?

Dave, I'm assuming that Frey is on a batting net as well as his WK, his concentration should pop quick enough, I wouldn't bother with the fielding net.

what do you think i should do with my spare net once sneath pops?

He's pretty useless because his fitness is always so low as he's on four nets.

When he does play he bats 6/7th and is the second change bowler.

Not too sure looking at your team, but Gadd could really do with some stamina even though he can make 50's.

Stamina
I'd want to have my 8 best players with respectable or better stamina. I'd be less concerned about the other three because I'd be looking to replace them within a season or two anyway. My best 3 or 4 players I'd probably want to go a level or two above respectable, as they are the ones I'd expect to do the bulk of the batting and bowling.

Concentration/Consistency
I'd be looking for concentration or consistency matching that of the relevant primary. Gibbins therefore looks OK, Fray will improve anyway as he is getting wicketkeeping nets - his concentration should pop twice for every batting increase when he has one batting net anyway.

I wouldn't bother training Gadd past his next batting pop as his stamina will take forever to get to a decent level. I'd sell him then and so wouldn't bother giving him a fielding net.

would anyone mind if i put up my team, and who is being trainied on what so you guys could help me?

My immediate observation is that you are trying to train too many different players and therefore severely neglecting your teams stamina.

This will take it's toll as not only will your players be ill-prepared for FC games should they ever arrive, it also gives a noticeable performance boost. I would sell a couple of them at next pop, probably Knight and Greenacre and replace them with similar older players who have stamina. You can then use their nets to boost the stamina of existing players.

Hmm, your secondaries are awful. Here's what I would do - I'm sure others have different ideas.

If you want to train Green you must also give him a fielding net for at least 3 or 4 seasons. His secondaries are dire. 3 nets is a lot and he is already on mediocre fielding so wages will be an issue in the future, so I'd be tempted to sell.

Fray and Gibbins look good trainees. I'd keep with their current nets, and long term look to add some stamina when you get a spare net.

I'd set aside one training net to permanently train stamina. I'd probably start with Zema Cole and train him up to respectable and then switch it between players.

Sell Gadd. His stamina will take 2 or 3 seasons of training to get up to scratch and you can use those nets more profitably. I'd say the same about Knight, who stamina is way too low and who will take an age to get decent consistency. Keehan and Sneath could both do with better secondaries, keep training them one primary and add in a fielding net.

That would leave two nets. You'd probably want to wait until players have popped in their primary before stopping training, but I'd then probably get in two new trainees once the new season starts - probably one batsman and one bowler. I'd want them 17 years old and competent/competent with a minimum of competent stamina. Hopefully they are high competents and soon jump to respectable, they will then be proficient/proficient by the end of the next season.

Just paid £1mil exactly for this chap to replace Knight..
