section on bbc news this morning said that prostitution is a lonely job. To me - it seems like the only job where you get to meet loads of people, and truly get to know your clients.

Is being a brass a lonely job?

****ing hell! Welcome to the dark side

Lol, I was thinking more that the men/women could be protected from psycho clients, pimps and drug addiction. Like drug taking, you ain't never going to stop it so why not make it safe and use vital public funds on catching actual criminals.

Reminds of the time in Prague Wardy when you were trying to chat up that girl

She: You do know i'm a working girl right?
You: ahh great to hear that, so many of the others in here appear to be prostitutes

:hilarious: :hilarious:

I hope that's true lol

I believe that prostitution per se isn't illegal. It is the way that they carry out their business that makes it illegal. They can be a sole trader operating from their own home and pay tax as a self employed person to HMRC. I think its a technical point around how they solicit for business.
