Ok, in light of the recent thread highlighting some shocking musical faux pas', I felt there should be a thread for some of the better cover versions of songs.

To start us off....

Suicide is painless - Manic Street Preachers

Black magic woman - Santana

Walk on by - The Stranglers

not sure i remember seeing and hearing the song on an album sung by engleburt humperdink and just assumed it had been stolen. anyone know the truth? great song anyway

How could I forget, a cover version that's a classic purely for being nigh on unbelievable...

Stayin' Alive - Ozzy Osbourne
