Too many chairmen are knee jerk, I agree with you, Ron and PB need to have a meeting and discuss what can be done to put things right.

I do believe changes (and I'm not talking about PB) need to be made. I can sense some lengthy talks with PB and RM are pencilled in. I haven't been happy with the last couple of results to be honest, but just sacking the manager isn't the answer.

Sometimes things can be changed without being to rational.
