Peter Holmes did work for a long time at Essex Radio, and is now a non-executive director at Southend Radio.

Good to see a professional taking over the mic, but will he be able to big up the team and encourage the crowd?

It's a shame to see Brian go, as he did a fine job, but good luck to him in his new venture in Cyprus.
