SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown will freshen his side up for tomorrow’s game with Doncaster Rovers but has yet to decide exactly how many changes to make.

Why would you broadcast to your opponents the changes in your team ,A manager would leave that until the last moment when his team sheet has to be submitted.Im sure there will be changes at least two ,maybe 3.

possible bring Bolger and rest a worn out looking Barrett .Now before you all start I love Adam Barrett as all southend fans do .But against Millwall he seemed to be struggling to keep pace .But at his age he may need a break ater 4 games in almost a week and a half .

It was a mistake to play AB in 2 games in 3 days IMHO and I think it is now time to rest him. However, 1) other than the Millwall game he had played well with Tommo (and therefore PB may leave him in), and 2) why would PB change a left-sided CB for a right-sided CB? If AB is dropped/rested surely Pross would replace him. I don't get the Pross bashing; I would certainly rate him above Bolger.

I'm with you...a heart and soul player, who has often put his head on the line where others fear to tread

Deegan in for me, also a appearance from McLaughlin would be nice.

I personally think Bolger is better, Bolger also has potential to play at a higher level whereas Prosser doesn't. That's not to say Prosser isn't a good defender at this level though.
