West Ham's 26 year old centre back was stabbed at his home last night, as was his mum. Her condition is apparently stable, but Calum's is descibed as serious. He was stabbed in the legs aswell, which indicates a planned and calculated attack IMO.

Just heard that, some sick, sick people about.

Hope he makes a full recovery.

God, what is the world coming to? Best wishes for a speedy recovery to them both, hope they catch the perpetrators.

BBC said he was in a stable condition earlier, ***** whoever did this, most likely Millwall fans but i'm not judging.

Why is it most likely Millwall fans? Its a possibility but thats a ridiculous statement to make.

Well, they are playing each other on Tuesday/Wednesday and it's just something that those people would do but like i said, i'm not juding. Smiffy also said it was possibly Millwall funs, but we're not juding saying that'd it be them for definate, but wouldn't surprise me.

Theres a difference between a possibility and saying it was probably them.

Also stop saying 'I'm not judging' your judging Millwall fans already by saying this is something they would do and that it wouldn't surprise me.

also i believe the arrests were made in Derby and one of the men had a strong Carribean accent...

Bloody awful stuff, doesn't serve to go spouting accusations - supposed or otherwise - just acknowledge the fact this is absolutely awful.
