Echo News Chris Wreh feels more could've been done to stop Dan Mooney's injury

Late in the 2nd half my dad asked me if the ref had actually given us a free kick. Other than for offside or handball I couldn't recall one. I think it took until the 84th minute for him to give us a free kick for a foul, despite the treatment we were receiving.

The fact that he didn't even give a free kick for the challenges on Mooney (clearly both players wouldn't have got the ball) shows what an absolutely useless ref he was.

He should lose his job IMO, clearly not up to it

Really? That's a bit harsh.

Simon Hooper gave us 2 free kicks in the entire match against Crewe at Wembley (including not giving us a stonewall penalty) and look where he is now.

I have no idea how Simon Hooper got that far!!

Simon Hooper wasn't the referee against Crewe, he was the referee against Wycombe at Wembley
