Also been with us a couple of weeks hasn't he- so over half the pre-season which is good. So won't be too far off full fitness as the season begins hopefully. Still big step up from part time as the other lads have found but if he gets through the next two weeks unscathed should all be good.

Now he our player imaging him getting good game time in the remaining friendlies.

Excellent addition from what we’ve seen and hopefully improves further going full time and familiarity with the training and team. Even the likes of Kane, Nunez and Haaland will miss chances this season so let’s give this lad, who let’s not forget is coming up a few levels, plenty of encouragement and not get on his back early doors if he misses a few. Not every forward will score a hat trick like Freddy on debut. Would hate to see his confidence destroyed when he’s got something to offer
