OK, folks - the first City Shrimpers of 2005 has now been fixed, so put it in your diaries. Hope to see as many of you Shrimpers who work in London as possible for a beer and a natter!

Nah, look for a rotund, 31 year-old, Harry Potter look-a-like in a blue-and-white check shirt.

If they get upset Matt tell them your a West Ham supporter from Canning Town be a good exercise work out

I will be traveling from hockley too london for the meet so i am making a night of it Tony even if its just me and you

The thing is Shrimperzone is strange in the way that you prob know alot of faces from here at the games, but you dont know who they are

Good point!

I'm certainly hoping that will help me on the recognition front... the strains and chuckles which usually accompany "There's only one Harry Potter" or "Sit Down, Harry!" may well mean that there's a few on here who may recognise me from the South Upper.

Of course, there are then those poor souls (and there are plenty of 'em) who have had the misfortune of meeting me...!

And for the record, i won't be there. I work, live and relax in Shoebury. I only venture out if i need to drink, watch football or go to the casino.
