Found this on a Stoke City forum:

Just getting back to the car from the match today and turn the radio and listen for a while and a vale caller comes on. Usually i turn the radio down at this point because they talk absolute ***t alf the time. I left it though and he starts talking about big leon who came over at the end of the game Vs orient to clap the travelling away fans. This vale fan did not clap as he believed that Leon had put no effort into the performance. Constantine singelled the man out and called him down to the bottom off the stand to ask why he was not clapping him (touch arragant if you ask me). Anyways the guy told him that he believed he put no effort into his performance.

At this stage constantine after just losing 2-1 after taking the lead was not very happy at all and started to threaten the vale fan saying he would take him outside and do so and so forth the fan.

Did anybody else hear this or was i just hearing things.

Professional footballers cannot be doing this to paying fans even if they are from vale.

Funny because its the vale worrying though if any other footballers are like this.

I can't be the only person to be shocked by this episode.

Leon Constantine showing passion? Surely not.

For a striker who has scored so many goals this season he seems to have quite a few detractors. Normally scoring goals makes you immune from criticism, but it sounds like fans are split on him.
