Craig Easton

Didnt he leave because he wouldnt reduce his wages ?

If so doesnt seem like the best career decision.

Too be fair he was club captain and took a big punt coming here as I recall. I think he saw the 'offer' as a bit of a kick in the teeth all things considered. I certainly dont wish him any ill because of it - especially at his age.

I believe he wanted a purely nominal increase in wages in recognition of all he had done last season. When that wasn't forthcoming he stuck to his principles. I know that the sum involved was really only a relatively paltry one but the person he was negotiating with wasn't prepared to agree to it.

He came in on over the top wages anyway! He wasn't worth the money we awere paying him!

must of lowered his wage demands as he is set to sign a one year deal for torquay tomorow.

Good signing for them. Decent player in this league, wish him all the best (as long as it doesn't bite us on the bum).

Nothing special IMO, may have been a nice guy but he's forged a career out of limited ability.

Well he can play okay for division 4 but I have more attacking flair in my small finger than he has .... sounds like a step back for Torquay and a step forward for everyone else .....

He was a strange one as whilst he was no thrills and spills you certainly noticed him missing when he wasn't in the side.

Steady Eddie.
