I follow Aveley when Southend are not at home. Southend have just loaned forward Dan Walker to Aveley.

Anyone seen much of him in the reserves and youth teams? What sort of player is he?

He was the lad who went on loan to Austria - FC Kitzbuhel - along with goalkeeper Josh Bexon. I assume they're on their winter break now, hence why he's back.

We drove to Aveley on Thursday and saw Billericay win.Dan Walker was playing up front-not for Aveley,nor Billericay,nor Southend-for the visitors:Dorking Wanderers-his is a common name.
