Taylor brings in Webb

Cambridge boss John Taylor has bolstered his injury-hit squad by signing Hull's Danny Webb on loan.
Webb, 20, joined Hull last December after previously playing under Tigers boss Peter Taylor on loan.

However, the former Southend frontman has had limited opportunities at the KC Stadium and also had a month on loan at Lincoln towards the end of last season.

"It's a bit too early to say whether it's with a view to a permanent move," Taylor told the U's website.

"We'll see how he shapes up, but he¿s probably not in Peter¿s long-term plans so if he does well here, it¿s an opportunity for him."
