"Following the resignations of Tony Theo and Tony Turburville; Chairman Ron Higgins has got his knife out and sacked manager Dean Austin and first team coach Gerry Murphy. It is rumoured that he will be appointing one of his cronies, Neil Sillett, as Dean's replacement. Neil Sillett's is a FIFA Licensed Agent and claims to have been a former player and coach but a search on the Internet doesn't reveal who he played for. Probably most famous for who hid Dad is.
I have been very lucky to have had involvement with Dean Austin and would like to wish him and Gerry Murphy all the best for the future and thank them for all the work they have done in difficult circumstances. They deserve better than the way they have been treated by Ron Higgins."
