This is a request for information about an old ex Shrimper, Denis Howe, a defender who played in the mid 50s. I know that after leaving Southend he played for Aldershot (58/9) and Bedford (59 to 61?) but does anyone know what other clubs he played for if any?

He signed for Blues in August 1954 from Darlington, and made 108 appearances before leaving for Aldershot in July 1958.

Many thanks for that. Does anyone know if he played for anyone after Bedford? I came across a piece somewhere saying he had been invited back to the 50th anniversary of the opening of Roots Hall in 2005 and at that time was living in Romford. I wondered if he ended his career playing for them or some other Essex non league club.
